High Concentration Saccharification Enzyme for Bakery
( Halal and Kosher Certified)
|Systematic Name:||EC 184.108.40.206, 1,4-alpha-D-glucan glucohydrolase|
|Activity:||800,000 U/g (Minimum)|
GA-8000FG is a high concentration food grade powder glucoamylase produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining processes.
GA-8000FG has a high conversion rate of starchy substrates into
fermentable sugars. It can hydrolyze α-D-1, 4 glucosidic bonds from
the non-reducing end of starch one after. It can also slowly
hydrolyze the α-D-1, 6 glucoside branch bonds of starch and cleave
the α-1, 3 bonds to release glucose.
GA-8000FG has found its wide application in food industries
including baking, alcohol, distilled spirit, brewage, etc.
APPLICATION AND BENEFITS
GA-8000FG can be used to saccharify liquefied mash from various
sources including corn, milo, barley, wheat, rice, potatoes and
Use of GA-8000FG in Baking :
- Increases glucose content in flours, offers sufficient nutrients
for yeast fermentation
- Enhances dough fermentation ability of biogas production, increase
- Increases content of glucose in flours, which is conducive to
Maillard reaction, thus improves the skin color and flavors of
- Can be used in frozen dough and enable yeasts to work fast in
Use of GA-8000FG in Alcohol:
- Increased fermentation rate
- Efficient starch/dextrin degradation
- Less residual starch in distiller’s grains
- Improved performance in pre-saccharification processes
EFFECT OF PH AND TEMPERATUE ON ACTIVITY
GA-8000FG can work at pH range 3.0 ~ 5.5
Its optimal pH range is 3.5 ~ 4.5
GA-8000FG can work at 30 ~ 65℃
Its optimal temperature range is 58 ~ 62°C
PACKAGING, STORAGE AND SHELF-LFIE
|Packaging:||25kg cardboard drums or water-proof kraft paper bags|
|Storage and Shelf-life:|
Its typical shelf-life is six months if it is stored below 25°Cin
its original packaging, sealed and
unopened, protected from the sunlight.
Its shelf-life is eighteen months if it is stored properly at
Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher
temperatures may lead to higher
dosage requirement, therefore should be avoided.
SAFETY & ENZYME HANDLING
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of
contact with skins or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least
15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the
Material Safety Data Sheet.
